iHeir-TQ environmental protection coating is a high efficient, non-toxic and mildew proof agent. It is suitable for latex paint, polymer emulsion, pigment slurry and various waterborne coatings. It can also be used to inhibit the breeding of bacteria and fungi in the production and storage of printing inks and other aqueous organic products. iHeir-TQ antimold (antibacterial) agents for coatings have been widely used in the mould proof and anti-corrosion of large capacity storage emulsion. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved iHeir-TQ environmental protection coating anti mildew (antibacterial) agent as the antimold and antibacterial agents in cans for waterborne paints and coatings. A large number of experiments and practical applications have proved that iHeir-TQ environmentfriendly coating antimold (antibacterial) agent has several anti mildew and anti-corrosion functions against acrylic acid, polyvinyl acetate, polystyrene butyl ester and other copolymers, and has excellent compatibility with the organic and inorganic components of these products.
Recommended application method
1. iHeir-TQ environment-friendly coating antimold (antibacterial) agent is supplied in the form of liquid, which is easy to mix. Experiments show that the sterilization and anti-corrosion effect of iHeir-TQ environment-friendly coating antimold (antibacterial) agent will not be affected by different addition points.
It can be directly added in the grinding or paint mixing process. In order to ensure the uniform dispersion of the iHeir-TQ, the emulsion and water-based paint must be fully stirred.(2% - 3% is recommended).
2. In combination with microbial capsule technology in package material, the concentration of active ingredients depends on the size of the product or space.
